Saved & Sent Print Co. was born right inside our local church community. What started with a small manual press in a garage and a desire to help youth leaders print affordable camp shirts has grown into a full-scale workshop dedicated to serving churches, schools, and local entrepreneurs.

Everything you need to know about minimums, turnaround times, and getting started.

For traditional screen printing, our minimum is only 12 to 24 shirts (much lower than the 50-piece minimums of big commercial shops). For our full-color Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing, there are no strict minimums, making it great for small clubs or prototype samples!

Our standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days once you approve your digital proof. If you have an unexpected church event or last-minute deadline, we offer 3-day rush priority production.

Vector files (.AI, .EPS, .SVG, or vector .PDF) give the crispest print. However, high-resolution transparent PNG files (300 DPI) work great too! If you only have a low-res image or sketch, our team will clean it up into a print-ready vector for free.

Yes! You can mix any combination of Youth XS to Adult 5XL sizes within your total order. As long as the ink color and design remain the same, you can also mix garment colors (for example, 25 navy shirts and 25 heather shirts).

Yes! We automatically waive all screen setup fees, film fees, and local delivery charges for our church, youth ministry, and non-profit partners. We also offer additional volume tier discounts on annual retreat packages.
